I can’t believe we are already finishing up week 10. We’re almost finished with the semester. Honestly, it feels like we just started. It’s definitely been an adjustment going from an in-class learning environment to a completely online classroom.
I think I actually learned more this week than I have previous weeks. The challenges for the Zen Music Festival and Sacramento Writers’ Group definitely caused me to actually think about what I’m doing and to NOT over complicate things. I realized awhile into the Sacramento challenge that I kept adding rules that weren’t actually necessary which kept messing up everything else. I guess sometimes simple is the best policy. At some point, I quit out the entire challenge and started fresh. I made sure to go step-by-step on things I knew how to do and get rid of anything that I knew I didn’t need.
