This week, we looked at transforming HTML website layouts into themes we could integrate into WordPress.
I will definitely need to practice the techniques for making themes, as it seems I understand it while following directions, but as soon as I attempt to do it myself, I haven’t got a clue as to where I went wrong.
I would like to keep at it though, as it would be great to figure out how to make a custom theme. This week has been one of coming to terms with the idea that coding and web development may not be my career path if I continue to struggle with it.
Page builders are easy and convenient to use, on a different note. I prefer WPBakery to Elementor, personally; however, I do like the options that Elementor comes with.
