Interactive Activities!

The past two weeks seemed to have minimal HTML layout content spillover as it was mainly concerned with CSS, specifically Sass, Bootstrap, Parallax, and even animations. Here are my thoughts!

Though I’m behind on some work, I made sure to look into the content nonetheless. For me, the most exciting is always learning ways to make websites more interactive. By far, parallax has been the most intriguing.

Aside from the introduction content in our class, I took a bit of time to dive into it on my own, browsing for examples online. It’s definitely worth doing this to truly grasp the capabilities of the web.

Animation are equally as fun. I have been sprinkling some throughout my work since I started taking classes on web design, buy my initial knowledge came from independent research. Eventually, my classes did start to incorporate more interactive elements, whether it was through JavaScript or CSS, so I’m glad this is something we continue to touch on.

Working with layouts, on the other hand, is becoming more intuitive, despite us not covering as much on it these past few weeks. Knowing how sections, divs, and other elements are used is something that comes with practice, references, and examples.
