Week 8 was a good start of building a basic llama theme and converting it to a WordPress Theme.
Steps to convert HTML to WordPress Theme have already been saved to my helpful resources’ folder (I think I know what my next project will be about – it’s time to make a website with all the helpful resources I use time to time!).
Thursday of week 8 was also a fruitful day. I attended the Portfolio and Resume Review event. I got so many tips that I will definitely apply to my resume and portfolio. For instance, if you have colors in your resume, it’s better to print this out to see if it looks nice. Otherwise, this might be a reason of your resume to be cut off.
On Week 9 and 10 we kept working on building basic themes and converting them to WordPress Themes. While following the slides and all the steps, this process seemed not that hard. However, when I tried to do it on my own without the slides, I realized it takes a lot of practice to get it (I’m still trying to get it:))
