The last few weeks have had us take a closer look into Responsive Web Design and how to code for it. I have learned a lot and feel a lot more confident with my knowledge on the process now.
We have had two projects that have given us a more in depth understanding on how to code for responsive web design, the Sac Writers site and the Zen Music Festival site. Each one had it’s own challenges with getting the layout to work for every screen size, though I found the Sac Writers one to be more challenging.
This week we also had the chance to redesign our Portal page, which I had a lot of fun with. I completely changed to color scheme, and added a responsive layout to it that changes text and container size to better match screen size.
