Snacking Without Yacking!

Spaghetti

Directions

  1. In a large saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Add Red Wine (or Chicken/Beef stock if you don't have any), Rosemary, Oregano, Salt, Garlic Powder, and Fennel Seeds.
  2. As the oil and spices heat up, use kitchen scissors to cut the Johnsonville Sausage links into roughly 1/2 inch slices. Cook, covered, for roughly 10-15 minutes, or until the sausage is cooked through.
  3. Stir in Prego Mushroom Pasta sauce and let it simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
  4. While the pasta sauce simmers, cook pasta in a large pot according to package directions.
  5. Once pasta has cooked, serve sauce over pasta and sprinkle each serving with the Parmesan Cheese and enjoy!

Did you know?

If you are not a fan of red wine (or are unable to get it), you can substitute it for beef/chicken broth or cranberry juice! In savory dishes, most people use beef/chicken broth, but if you're using it in a dessert, cranberry juice is also a great option for this.
