Start by crumbling up your tofu. I usually use a wooden spoon or a fork and smash it in the saucepan until the crumbles are roughly the size of scrambled eggs. You could also do this in a mixing bowl if doing it in the saucepan is too messy.
In a medium sized skillet, pour in about 1/2 tbsp of Olive Oil and set the heat to medium. Once the pan has heated, add in the tofu and let it cook for about 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently.
Next, season to taste with salt, turmeric, garlic powder, and nutritional yeast. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Once the tofu has cooked to your liking (less time = more saucy, more time = more dry), turn off the heat and stir in your choice of non-dairy milk. Serve immediately and enjoy!
