Alien Message
This is an abstract piece made in photoshop, with the original being over 1000x1000 pixels. I found a drawing prompt asking the reader to create an alien language using a non-human alphabet system. This was the result of wanting to try it out for myself.
Broken Bust
Inspired by marble statues, this piece has no real meaning. It simply played on some aesthetics and moods I like.
Apple Study
This assignment required us to copy an image of an apple in various different styles using photoshop. It was meant to be practice using various photoshop brushes in order to create different textures.
Conversation
This image is a recreation of a peer's artwork of a teacup in a completely different style/composition as part of a group assignment. One of my illustrations was recreated in return. It was a great exercise in collaboration and creativity.
Study of Plants
The reference image is a picture I took of my own fireplace at home. I enjoyed the symetrical set up, and wanted to play off of (and essentially ruin) that in my drawing.
