Art for Beginners:ABOUT

I'm here to give a little bit of my backstory and what the website's goal can accomplish.

My name is Josh Oropeza and I'm an artist mostly cartoonist primarily ever since my childhood.I've been doing drawing since I was 3 years old starting out with a drawing book on dragons but it was all mostly done from television drawing anyone I've watched on tv basically watching cartoons and having only sketch book are where my inspirations came from.

I knew as I got older that I wanted to continue drawing after drawing in a sketch book and watching tv I still continued to do drawing back in either kindergarden or first grade.I've also done drawings all my school years the main one that really surprised me was drawing on a race track in middle school it was just a typical day I decided to draw cartoon characters on the track to pass the time when all of a sudden the bell rang which meant get to class before leaving to get there a crowd literally the entire school was right behind me giving a round of applause suddenly got me more well known and popular in middle school along with being a part of the morning news my school had.

I still continued to draw in high school it was a mixture of both of fun and challenging the most difficult class I remember taking until I got help was Ceramics it was challenging because I never worked with clay before.After high school I was able to see what college leveled drawing would be like it's a mixture of both easy and hard depending on the medium because in Drawing 1 which it's the class I took back in fall 2017.After that I've taken mostly graphic design classes in college which is my major which will help me make my own artwork and become an artist in the future.

For the website's goal it's to teach people who want to learn to make drawings or photoshop projects that people might be interested in doing this.I know there may not be a lot of websites to teach about art I decided why not I make a website on a subject that's always been apart of me.The website also shows some of my own artwork while giving some of my own tips on how to do drawing and not to copy my drawings but to teach people how to make their own art style.
