Ingredients
- 2 or 3 rolls of pizza dough
- Olive Oil and a deep pot where you can fry
- 8 to 10 potatoes
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 table spoons of butter
- Salt
Cooking Piroshki
- Take your dough out of the fridge and let it warm up.
- Peel your potatoes and boil them with salt.
- Once the potatoes are cooked drain most of the water.
- Put your milk for one minute into the microwave.
- Then add your milk and butter to your potatoes and make mash potatoes.
- Once a piece of dough is stretched, and some potatoes inside and seal the ends so there is no potatoes visible, make sure to seal the ends tight.
- In the pot pour enough oil to make the piroshki not touch the bottom.
- Once the oil is hot add your piroshki about 2 at a time and flip them once the other side is golden brown.
- Take them out and place them on a paper towel and once cooled of a bit enjoy!
