  • 2 or 3 rolls of pizza dough
  • Olive Oil and a deep pot where you can fry
  • 8 to 10 potatoes
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2 table spoons of butter
  • Salt

Cooking Piroshki

  1. Take your dough out of the fridge and let it warm up.
  2. Peel your potatoes and boil them with salt.
  3. Once the potatoes are cooked drain most of the water.
  4. Put your milk for one minute into the microwave.
  5. Then add your milk and butter to your potatoes and make mash potatoes.
  6. Once a piece of dough is stretched, and some potatoes inside and seal the ends so there is no potatoes visible, make sure to seal the ends tight.
  7. In the pot pour enough oil to make the piroshki not touch the bottom.
  8. Once the oil is hot add your piroshki about 2 at a time and flip them once the other side is golden brown.
  9. Take them out and place them on a paper towel and once cooled of a bit enjoy!
