Ukranian Traditional
Ingredients
- One can of kidney beans
- 4 tbls of tomato sauce
- One medium size Cabbage
- One medium size Onion
- One large Carrot
- 2 medium size beets
- One Tyson chicken
- 4 to 5 Potatoes
- Salt, Pepper, 2 bay leaves
Cooking Borsh
- Cut your meat in the preferred size or pieces.
- Put your meat into a pot with cold water and let the meat boil.
- While the meat is cooking prepare your vegetables, cut potatoes in squares, dice the onion, use a grater for your carrots, and beets. Also cut up your cabbage in thin slices.
- Fry your onions until golden on medium heat, then add your carrots and fry them for 4 to 5 minutes. After add your beets and fry for another 4 to 5 minutes, then add the tomato sauce finish it up with 4 to 5 minute fry.
- Once the meet is almost ready add your cabbage in.
- Once cabbage is boiling add your potatoes and add some salt.
- When the potatoes are almost ready add your vegetables, kidney beans, salt, pepper, bay leaves.
- Cook until the potatoes are fully cooked and your soup is done.
