What are the benefits of green juice?
Some of the benefits of driking green juice are reduce risk of cancer, heart disease, stroke, arthritis, asthma, macular degeneration and diverticulosis. In addition, increasing fruit and vegetable intake decreases risk of unhealthy weight gain.
Will you feel different if you start juicing regularly?
Yes! Right away, you’ll feel your digestive system responding, especially if you’ve been eating mostly refined, processed foods. It’s recommended that you take juicing slowly at first so that your body has time to get used to the raw power of fruits and vegetables.
Will my juice go bad if I don’t drink it right away?
In my opinion, no. Will it lose a little nutritional bang over the course of a few hours? Maybe, but that afternoon juice is still much, much more nourishing and hydrating than soda or coffee.
What juicer should I buy?
I’ve tried several juicers over the past five years, but I have really enjoyed using NutriBullet and Breville Ikon Multi-Seed Juice Fountain.
