Providing guidance
and motivation
for a healthy lifestyle

Being in shape isn't about looking great. It means living as independently and comfortably as possible for a lifetime. Getting older doesn't have to mean becoming more sedentary. In fact, it's a great time to become more active because you're never too old to benefit from exercise.

Don't know where to begin? Have a few aches and pains that feel like obstacles you don't know how to work around? Believe me, I get it. Click on the About page and scroll to my story to find out how I gained insight into finding solutions to help you.

Maybe you're having trouble managing your weight. There is no easy answer and it's a lot of hard work, but if you're ready, I can work with you to find strategies that can help you achieve a healthy weight and a fitness level where you can feel your best. I have a lifetime of experience developing strategies for weight management, and two decades of finding solutions to staying strong and flexible despite injuries and age-related aches and pains.

When I decided to become a Nutrition and Fitness Trainer, it was always my intention to gain special knowledge and education about working with people over 40, and also younger people who don't have easy access to a fitness lifestyle or are uncomfortable in a typical gym environment. Fitness and weight management is not "one-size-fits-all". Let's work together to develop a program that works best for you.
