Plan A is primarily focused towards building a strong foundation for your body that can be used to start in any fitness direction you may be more interested in.

Plan B

Plan B

Plan B is primarily focused on those who already have a good foundation to work off of and have a basic understanding of lifting. This plan's goal is to build a large amount of muscle and strength. This style of lifting will be more focused on explosive reps with heavier weight.

Plan C

Plan C

Plan C is designed for those who have a decent foundation and have decided they want to take the more hypertrophy path and want to focus mainly on sculpting their body. This style of lifting is going to be mostly slow repitions with lighter weight.
