Fitness HQ's Purpose
Our goal at Fitness HQ is to help people find their passion for working out. We hope to motivate people to make a change for the better in their lives and strive for greatness. There are so many people out there that want to make a change but have no idea where to start, our job is to help them in anyways we can. For some working out will be seen as more of a chore rather than something they do for fun. We want to try our hardest to convince these people that working out should be a form of relaxation rather than a boring chore that they just want to get out of the way.
Which Path Will You Take?
When it comes to working out there are so many different paths that a person could take. If you don't like a specific exercise or routine there are near infinite combinations of exercises and several different ways to obtain the results you are striving for.
Our Plans
We offer a couple different plans that contain a routine for specific results. The first plan is designed to give you a strong foundation to build onto on whatever path you take. The second plan is for those who want to become stronger and push their body to the limit. It focuses mainly on developing as much strength as possible. The last plan is for those who care more about the aesthetics and toning of their body, it is designed to sculpt their body rather than to gain massive amounts of muscle.
