Kamaole Beach Park

Kamaole Beach Park is in the town of Kihie. This beach, according to the locals, is known to be one of the best relaxing beaches on the island of Maui. It is the perfect beach for a family with small childern or for enyone who's looking to relax next to the ocean. Most would recommend that before you leave the island of Maui, visit this beach at sunset. The Scenery is something that you don't see very often.

Big Beach

Big Beach like it's name isn't big because the sze of the beach but because of the size of waves the crash on the beach. The waves at Big Beach can range from 3 feet to over 12 feet tall. Though this beach is favorited by many it isn't the most child friendly beach. It does serve as a good beach maybe for kids to build a sand castel or dig a hole to china like every kid tries at least once at the beach, the ocean isn't the safest for no experianced swimmers.
