The Story Behind Boudreaux's

Boudreaux's (Boo-drows) was created by Mandy LeSalle, a Southern Pastry Chef who transplanted West. Needing a change from New Orleans after school, she moved to Portland, OR. After working for an acclaimed restaurant in Portland for 3 years, she decided to open her own bakery. Homesick and yearning for some southern comfort, she set out on opening a bakery and café dedicated to all of the things she loved about New Orleans. A year later, her dream came to fruition and Boudreaux's opened it's doors.
