Ful is made of crushed fava beans, and is the way Egyptians say fava beans. Ta'ameya is closely related to ful because they are made out of the same thing but made in different ways. In most parts of the Middle East, falafel is made with dried fava beans. It's best served with pita bread, tomato, onions, and tahini sauce.

Molokhiya

Molokhiya was consumed in ancient Egyptian cuisine, where the name "molokhiya" is thought to have originated. This stew named after the leafy green that is used to make it is one of Egypt’s most popular dishes. Molokhiya the green vegetable is traditionally cooked with chicken or at least chicken stock for flavor and is served with white rice.
