Current containment of SCP-400 is uneventful, as no members of the colony have breached containment. Only one personnel has been affected in the 6 month cycle. The individual was quaranteened and was relieved of symptoms.
SCP-550
Status:

Containment of SCP-550 is considered clean. SCP-550's containment cell has been cleaned, maintenence has been performed, and there has been no containment breaches in the 6 month cycle. A momentarily spike in activity was logged on XX/XX/XXXX, and a response team was premptively sent to investigate. No breaches occured, and the team was stationed for a 3 day rotation to ensure no breach would ensure.

Containment of most cultures are undergoing continued cleanup procedures. A new outbreak was found in XXXXXXXX, XXXXXXXX. A clean up crew was dispatched, and the settlement was locked off from exposure under the guise of CDC operations containing E Choli. Current inspections are in place for final check up before quarnteen is lifted.

After the logs located on the primary document, Beta-7 has sent operatives to the site, ensuring security remains the foremost concern. Containment of any and all SCP-2133-3 entities is next to top priority. The lost personnel from operations within the site. Containment is probable, but secure. Reinforcements are to remain on standby at ALL times.

Containment is under constant work. The possible spread of infection in Illinois via pigeons is a high risk, due to the height of work needed to maintain public disinformation and work within an urban enviorinment, Beta-7 operatives have begun joint operations with MTF Pi-1, the "City Slickers." The continued operations are at high intensity to lock down possible outbreaks.

Current treatment of 5 individuals infected by sudden outbreak of SCP-2438 is undergoing. No real signs of further outbreak within Foundation borders is present. Ongoing cleanups of infections throughout the world are undergoing as planned, with little to no interference.

After concurrent reports from MTF Lambda-12, Beta-7 is currently investigating any and all suspicious reports that could be keyed in to any spread of SCP-2810. Global communications and records sweeps are ongoing, and small cells of outbreak are being contained.

Lax containment procedures have lead to catastrophic containment breach, to which containment is still undergoing. All personnel associated with SCP-3016, as well as Site-55 are to report to the nearest Ethics Committee Office, effective immediately.
