Antonio Pelaccio was born into an Italian family in Detroit Mi. His early culinary skills were honed in his grandmothers kitchen. She taught him to cook recipes from the San Valentino region of Italy. After graduating from college he went back to his first passion, cooking.

Antonio moved to Italy, and attended the prestigious Sculola Leonardo da Vinci Roma culinary school in Rome. After graduating Antinio worked as a chef at the 5 star restaurant Flavio Al Velavevodetto in Rome, under the tutelage of the award winning chef Massimo Bottura. Antonio moved to Ventura CA. in 2000 and opened his dream. A family restuarant, Antonio's.
