What Is the Creature, Where Does it Come From?
The true nature of the beast is unknown, even if it really is a matter of cryptozooalogy isn't fully known. What little we do know is that the entity is a predator. More than likely it is an apex predator that has somehow remained unknown to mankind, yet has continued to evolve and exist along side human civilization. Though its existance remains debated, despite written record existing as far back as early neanderthal drawings, those that acknowlage its existetance believe it may be the root of the ancient boogeyman myth as its violent nature and mysterious appearance seem to reflect the old stories of a shadowy visiter appearing late at night to exact bloody revenge on the morally corrupt. Unfortunately this remains as a matter of debate as there are only a few that believe it exists, and no living eye witness accounts.
