SUMMARY

As the lead designer, I created a mock-up front page website for the fictional brand MakerSpace, a collaborative creative workspace based in San Francisco. The goal was to attract young professionals in creative and technical fields by showcasing the space, highlighting the community, and encouraging memberships. I used Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Color, and some Figma to develop a clean, modern layout with a professional yet inviting mood.

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS / WHAT I LEARNED:

  • Practiced responsive layout design using wireframes and visual hierarchy.
  • Strengthened my use of color theory to support brand mood and user engagement.
  • Adapted my original wireframe during development to better support visual content.

FANTASY UNIVERSITY

As the lead designer, I developed a homepage for Fantasy University, a fictional institution focused on creative education. The project aimed to recruit imaginative learners by showcasing playful course offerings, student life, and core values like creativity, community, and innovation. Built in Adobe Dreamweaver using HTML and CSS, the site design features a light, modern color palette and a layout that balances personality with clarity.

SUMMER BEACH DAY PATTERN DESIGN

Print Design

SUMMARY

This print design project focused on creating a seamless pattern for a kids summer camp brand. I started by sketching hand-drawn motifs based on a summer theme, then refined and digitized the pattern using a drawing tablet and Photoshop. The final design features soft, vibrant colors and balanced spacing, giving it a playful yet polished look. The pattern was applied to mockups including a T-shirt, sticker, and a banner to show practical use.

  • Practiced the full pattern design process from sketch to digital.
  • Developed a cohesive motif and color palette that aligned with the theme.
  • Gained experience with seamless tiling techniques in Photoshop.

YELLOWSTONE NATIONAL PARK LOGO MOCKUPS

Logo Design

SUMMARY

This branding project involved designing multiple logo variations (logomark, logotype, and emblem) for Yellowstone National Park. I focused on creating a unified visual identity that reflected the park's natural features while keeping each logo distinct in form. The designs were developed in Illustrator and applied to branded product mock-ups.
