Oh and finals!

Hello everyone! Well we are almost finished with this semester and I am pretty whooped. I’m definitely ready for a break, from this class and from 2020 in general, its been rough!

So far we have been learning some things that I am NOT really a fan of! However I do hear that SASS could potentially be useful, if I fully learned how to use it. Parallax is super cool, however the true parallax seems a little complicated. Bootstrap, just no. Not a fan at all! I really prefer designs to be unique, especially if you are calling yourself a “designer” then its best to keep it real. I really don’t like the idea of built in fonts and ready-made themes. However, I do see how this can be great for business’s that really need to get things online quickly and efficiently, I see that it might take less work. But overall it does seem like a lazy way to develop websites. Maybe I will change my mind about a few things later on if I get to know them more.

I’m excited and also a little intimidated for the final. We are finally doing a site fully on our own! Uhoh! I hope it all goes well. I really enjoyed using adobe XD to design my midterm, so I think I will use that as my blueprint for the final! Anyways I hope everyone is doing well and is just excited as I am to finish this class! Haha.

Hello everyone!
