These first two weeks have been what I would call a shock. Winter break did not feel like very long, but I still find myself with brain fog on week 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
I really enjoyed my last class, the introductory course went smoothly, my instructor was helpful, and I felt like I really grasped the information. I rarely needed to remind myself of what tags or attributes to use, I felt like I understood everything very well. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
I was very proud of myself after the intro course was over, maybe even cocky. Because now I am taking this course and realizing how much I actually don’t know. Part of me is saying “run for the hills” after looking at the MDN website and being so intimidated as to how much is still out there that I have yet to learn. However, the other half is saying “I can’t wait!” because I am so excited to continue my education in Web Design. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
I have a lot of mixed feelings after these first two weeks, intimidation, fear, excitement, and hope. All I know is that above everything else, I am excited to continue working towards my goal of getting my associate’s degree in web design. As long as I keep that goal in mind, I know I will be able to complete this course. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Although difficult, this is exactly where I want to be and exactly what I want to do. I definitely need some refreshing on certain aspects, but overall, I am very excited to see where this course takes me, and how much growth I can accomplish. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
