Last week we dove into the world of Parallax and Bootstrap. Both super useful tools to add to our toolkit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
Parallax is when the “website background moves at a slower pace than the foreground.” This gives the website a unique design and makes it memorable for whoever visits it. We went over several examples of different types of parallax we could learn and implement. They’ll take time to go over and really understand, but luckily we can reference the examples if need be. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Bootstrap is a CSS framework that makes creating responsive and mobile-first websites easier. It uses syntax to make creating streamline websites a breeze. You are able to use their syntax while also creating your own style page for things that may not be used in Bootstrap. I really liked relearning this framework. I realized it’s very similar to another one that I learned while working at my previous job. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
We are getting down to the end of the semester and will be starting to work on our final projects. I most likely will try to use one or both of these tools in my final project. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
