CSS stands for Cascading Style Sheets its  a declarative language and its a great way to organize the content by changing the layout, adding color, and changing fonts.  Now notice how it says Cascading Style <strong><em>Sheets<\/em><\/strong> it means that there is many rules and there is ways in which what rule gets represented.
