Fried Rice
We make our fried rice to cater specific ethnicities. This fried rice is different because of the different international flavor profiles. Fried rice isn't just fried rice. It's the love (ingredients) that makes it memorable.
Fried Rice Styles
- Cantonese: Sesame oil base with a spicy kick
- Korean: Kimchi with thinly sliced beef
- Vietnamese: Semi-vegetarian style with diced roasted duck
- Filipino: Signiture red hotdogs and diced langunisa with scrambled egg
- Hawaiian: Signiture Spam with sunny-side or scrambled eggs
- Indian: Spiced base vegetarian style
Eggrolls
Like our fried rice, there are different types of eggrolls around the Eastern countries. We make an abudance in advance to be ready made for order. Choose what style you want and we'll make it for you
Eggroll Styles
- Cantonese: Carrots, mushroom and shredded peking duck double layered
- Korean: Egg base roll similar to an omlette
- Vietnamese: All vegetarian base made fresh with translucent noodles and wrapping
- Filipino: The famous so-called lumpia with a choice of turkey or beef. For taste peas and carrots with garlic with a one layered wrap
- Hawaiian: Ahi style (raw tuna) with avocado and red onions wrapped in a triple layer
Noodles
Similar to the first two selections, we have a variety of different noodle dishes to select from. Do keep in mind that the noodles we cook are dry. Unfornately we don't do soup style noodles.

- Cantonese: Chow Fun (thick and wide noodles with beef)
- Korean: Chapchae (translucent noodles with shitake)
- Vietnamese: Cold noodle bowl with glazed pork
- Filipino: Pancit (translucent noodles with shreded chicken thighs)
- Japanese: Yakisoba (eggnoodles with bonito toppings and eggs)
- Thai: Pad Thai (rice noodles with peanut base sauce and toppings
