Spa Guidelines

Arrival Time

Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment. This will allow time to enjoy the spa facilities.

Electronics

To protect the privacy of our guests, use of cell phones, electronic devices and cameras are prohibited in the spa.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards. You may also charge services to your resort bill. No cash or checks will be accepted.

Age Rules

Guests must be 18 years or older to enjoy our spa services. Salon services are available for children under the age of 18.

Gratuity

For your convenience, a 20% service charge will be added to each spa service and may be adjusted at your discretion.

Cancellations

If you must cancel, please notify the spa at least twelve (12) hours in advance to avoid being charged the full service fee.
