Telly replaces the card swipe system with a random, live video call. To connect with someone, simply hold down that big button on the home screen. Based on your gender, age, and distance preferences, Telly will pair you with a potential match.

During each video call you can use fun filters and ice breakers to help conversations along. Many ice breakers will feature local topics to help build a sense of community.

One-Minute Minimum

Once connected, each video call will feature a 60-second minimum duration so everyone gets a chance to make a great first impression. After one minute is reached you now have a few choices. If you'd like to keep talking, simply keep talking. If you'd like to say goodbye, say goodbye, hold the screen down, and match with people in a mode we're all familiar with. If you match, you can now directly message and call each other. The rest is up to you!
