Hello Everyone!

I'm exploring my options for a career in design. This course on web design will round out my skillset and set me up to decide which skills I will emphasize when I continue my education at a 4 year institution.

I feel passionately about jazz music. Big band, avant garde, latin, etc. I used to play jazz almost exclusively, but I stopped playing my instrument for health reasons regarding my throat. Now I love to listen to and pick apart new music as well as enjoy old favorites.

I am SO excited to learn about Web Design!

The top three things I would like to learn in this class are:

1. Writing clean and readable code
2. How to maintain an efficient and effective filing/file naming system
3. Styling with CSS

I'm ready to get started!
