Hello Everyone!

My plan for my career in web design is to continue learning how to make amazing websites, and hopefully learn some digital marketing/graphic design along the way. I would like to eventually work for a company that shares the same passions that I do. A company that is passionate about nature, conservation, climate change, and making a positive impact on the world around us. Web design is the trade, but those passions are the focus.

Rock climbing has been a major part of my life. Ever since some friends took me outside to climb for the first time when I was 17, I was hooked. I immediately found a gym to start climbing and training when I moved up to Sacramento. This sport is easy to fall in love with. It is physically and mentally challenging. It gets you outside. You get to meet all kinds of people from all over the world.

I am SO excited to learn about Web Design!

The top three things I would like to learn in this class are:

  1. More CSS tricks
  2. How to center a div
  3. To get down the terminology for all the parts of code

I'm ready to get started!
