Hi, my name is Alyssa!

I am hopeful that I will be able to put my newly developing web design skills to use by creating and managing a website for a small business that I am in the process of creating.

The most important thing in my life, is my family . I recently got married, three months ago, and I love it, even the little arguments. I also have a sister, just a year younger than me, a built in best friend you could say. We also have a 12 year old brother, who so happens to have Down syndrome and Apraxia of Speech. As such, I am strongly passionate about disability rights and equity and inclusion in schools.

I am SO excited to learn about Web Design!

The top three things I would like to learn in this class are:

1. Designing and creating a personal website.
2. More knowledge of how websites work, behind the scenes.
3. Improving my knowledge of coding.

I'm ready to get started!
