Hi, my name is Tori!

Hello Everyone!

I plan to use my new found skills in web design to create a welcoming place for veterans to go that is clear and concise. This webpage will help veterans and their families navigate their world after combat and not get too easily overwhelmed right away.

I feel very strongly about the importance of mental health and how ignoring our past traumas can effect not only our own future, but the present and future of our loved ones and the others around us we interact with on a daily basis. Physical activity, music, art therapy, meditation, and human connection are some great examples of how we can better ourselves, which in turn can better our community. If we don't try, we won't succeed. Every day is a new day to start trying to do our best.

I am SO excited to learn about Web Design!

The top three things I would like to learn in this class are:

1. How to make a simple to use online store
2. How to showcase past events without overwhelming the content creator or the viewer
3. How to showcase my photography and enhance the SEO so I attract more viewers/clients in order to increase my pricing list.
