Welcome to my course project portal page!
The following projects have been created as a way to explore front-end Web design and development.
Main course projects:
-
My First Page
The 'My first Page' project was made as our first test to figure out the basics of web design and getting used to working in Adobe Dreamweaver. The website is basic since it was made to learn some of the basic features of making a website in html. This project also taught me how to incorporate CSS into an html document. This included changing the font, font color, and layout of the website. Overall, this project was a good introduction to website design and tools and made me more confident making one.

Squint Studio Build-Along
The Squint Studio Build-Along project went more indepth with website building and design. Learning features such as links and more advanced CSS tools made me more aware on how websites are built. The project was also the first I learned of linking to different pages in the same project. It was also important to make it clear on where links went and making the layout of the website visually clear and comprehensive so that a viewer can easily browse.

Final Site
Our Final Site is meant to be a culmination of all the skills we learned over the course. For my final site, I made a mockup website of a music event in Sacramento. The project was made with my Graphic Design course in which we had to design advertisements and design for an event focusing on an Earth Day-themed music event.
