Additionally learning what the functions of a server are and the crucial importance of a detailed filing system. This was the starting point to understand the foundation of web design.

Squint Studio Build-Along
Squint Studio was a project to create a website designed for photography. This site included links to additional pages, images, internal and external css. Through this project we delved into creating a css sheet to customize the appearance of a website. We also learned more about the terminology used in web design. Optimizing assets, file types, selectors and properties were reviewed to ensure the base understanding of the html and css used.

Final site
Final website was an assignment in where we were able to design our own website with a choice of the content. For my project I wanted to create a website designed as a portfolio of some of my work done while learning at Sierra. This page included links to interior pages, images, graphics, html and css. We were able to conceptualize the basics of web design through this process and started scratching the surface of understanding the complexity and nuances of HTML5, flexbox and css.
