Hello Everyone!

Knowing how to code, even the most basic things, can prove useful in my feild of graphic design.

The thing that I am most passionate about is art, more specifically visual art like illustration and graphic design. I like it because it poses a problem to solve, which is: How can I convey an idea or story in the best way possible? There are a variety of methods or rules that artists have developed to solve that problem, and have shared. This attributes to the fact that artistic ability is a skill that anyone can learn, and it isn't just for people with "talent". It's true that some people have more of an affinity for art than others, but it's the drive to get better and improve that warrants the title of Artist.

I am SO excited to learn about Web Design!

The top three things I would like to learn in this class are:

  1. How to make an interactive website
  2. How HTML and CSS work together
  3. The nuances of making an effective website for visitors
