Here is what you will need:

- Small Scooper
- Parchment Paper
- Cookie Sheet
- Chocolate Candy Melter or Double Broiler
- Chocolate Dipping Tool

Recipe
-
Step 1
In a mixing bowl, blend peanut butter and butter together until creamy. Add confectioners sugar and rice chrispies into the mixer until well combined.
-
Step 2
With a small scooper, scoop out peanut butter mixture onto a parchment lined cookie sheet. Hand roll each scoop into an even sphere. Place in the freezer.
-
Step 3
While peanut butter mixture is freezing, prepare to make chocolate coating. Note: freezing the mixture makes dipping it in chocolate easier, but it is not necessary. In a chocolate candy melter or double broiler, melt semi sweet chocolate morsels and shortening.
-
Step 4
After your coating has completely melted, take your frozen peanut butter balls and completely submerge in chocolate mixture using a fork or chocolate dipping tool. Place back on parchment paper. Top your chocolates with sprinkles or toppings of your choice if desired.
