Hello Everyone!

With the skills I learn from this AAD85 Web Design class, I hope one day to set up my own website where I can display my work. I'd like to create a portfolio for all my school projects as well as show off some of the art I do in my own time. Eventually, I may also explore web design as a career option if I end up loving this class, I think creating websites for other people would be a great job for me!

I have always felt passionate about art since a young age. I'm a graphic design major and my biggest hobby is drawing. I LOVE to draw, especially with pen, and my absolute favorite subject is my black lab Chase. I'm pretty family-oriented and I enjoy hanging outside with my parents and our dog, or just chilling on the couch with my two cats and leopard gecko watching TV.

I am SO excited to learn about Web Design!

The top three things I would like to learn in this class are:

  1. the basics of coding and fundamentally how websites work
  2. search engine optimization and how to gain an audience's attention
  3. how to create a beautiful website where I can one day display my work!

I'm ready to get started!
