The following projects have been created as a way to explore front-end Web design and development.

Main Course Projects

• My First Page

  In the "My First Page" project, the instructor gave specific instructions for each line of HTML code and CSS Rules as a tutorial to build our first web page. The objectives of this project were to understand the general workflow, file management and have a very breif introduction to the overall process of web design.

  This was a project that really excited my love of learning. Web design entails a different language, culture and really a whole new world. This one page seemed to open up a whole host of opportunities down a path I didn't think I would journey on. Ready to see where this goes!

• Squint Studio Build-Along

  The "Squint Studio Build-Along" has been a multiweek tutorial project. The instructor has given video and written instruction to follow to build the homepage and 2 subsequent pages of content. HTML code was established first, links were activated to navigate around site, CSS rules were created to style the webpages and images and graphics have been inserted to give the site a professional overall look.
