What I plan to do with my new skills in web design is to understand how and why certain elements are required in a web page. I want to eventually have a career in accessibility on the web so I can use my creative skills in a field I find interesting and ever growing. I want to make the internet a better place for everyone, including myself, and I feel that accessibilty and design is the way to go.
What I feel passionately about is my friends, my family, my hobbies, and movements online. I would ride or die for my family and friends because they were there for me when no one else was, and I have learned incredible things that have kept me afloat during really dark and tough times alone. They are my rock and I am eternally grateful for the knowledge they gave me and continue to give me every day. I'm incredibly passionate about things like art, cosplay, gaming, and music, as I have (and probably will do it again) used these as coping mechanisms. I've been drawing ever since I was young and found it was a way to meet some really interesting people, and helped me gain confidence within myself. I feel really passionate about ACAB, BLM, mental health services needing to be more accessibile to everyone, and birth control for everyone being low-cost or entirely free.
I'm ready to get started!
