Behind the cake pan

Like many cottage industry bakers, I started baking cakes for family and friends. As my skills improved, and confidence grew, I realized that I could help bring people's celebration cake ideas into reality, no matter how unique. I work directly with the customer and discuss ideas; I research and provide various options to help them get their perfect cake.

With three daughters, I always knew that I would be making a lot of personalized cakes. Everything from anime and cartoon themes to floral or more abstract designs, I have experience in it all. I am inspired by unique designs.
