The following projects have been created as a way to explore front-end Web design and development.

My First Page

This project was the first time I had done any html since high school, so it was a nice refresher and it helped me get more familiar with html coding, and web design in general.
Squint Studio Build-Along

The Squint Stuido site buildalong has helped me understand not only html, but also css. This project has been really fun because it's really in depth and has helped me with knowing how websites I visit everyday work and operate.

Helpful Resources for Web Design and Development

Learn to Style Using CSS

This resource can help us underatsnd how to style websites using CSS, which is beneficial when learning how to make a website look appealing. This resource is also made by Mozilla, who is the developer of Firefox.

Code.org

One of the first introductions I had to coding was with code.org in high school. This website is a very nice way of easing someone into how coding works and what you can do with it. It's even kid-friendly because they have you play games with a coding premise, so it's teaching them and they get to play games too.

WP Engine Target Audience

This article by WP Engine goes pretty in depth on helping people understand why knowing your target audience is important, and talks about things like crating a buyer persona, and most important to me, setting aside personal prefrences.
