Welcome to
the course directory

The following projects have been created as a way to explore the front-end Web design and development.

Main Course Projects

  • My First Page

This is the first page we created within the class. With this page we learned how to use HTML tags to create our page. This site covered h1, p, em, strong, p, ol, and img tags. This was the first assignment with coding. Where we used Adobe Dreamwaver and applied HTML and CSS syntax in a constructive way. We also applied some inline CSS for the first time with this page.

  • Squint Studio Build-Along

This is a website build-along where we're learning how to build a multiple page website as well as style a multiple page website. We learned in depth of file management. We created; Master/root/source/assets/css files, a landing page, navigation within the header using links, added images to each page, worked with multiple divs and classes, used CSS selectors to style each page and each element, learned how to duplicate CSS styling.

  • My Final Project

This website is to demonstrate the skills that we've learned within the course. Adding additional items such as Flexbox, image optimization, and favicons. This was a great test of our skill and I had a lot of fun doing this project.
