I plan to use my new skills from this course to help me pursue a career in web design!
I feel passionately about cooking tasty food. I eat mostly plant-based which has led me to try out lots of new recipes and cuisines to keep things interesting. One of my favorite recipes I've made this year are Okonomiyaki which are savory Japanese panckes made primarily with shredded cabbage. I also made sauerkraut from scratch, which turned out surprisingly great. Who would have thought cabbage could be so delicious?!
