Hi, my name is Jessica!

I currently work as a digital marketing and e-commerce sales specialist in the California wine industry and found that advancing my knowledge of HTML/CSS code would help me to become an expert in my niche (technolgy wise). After this class, I intend to use the skills acquired to build my own web-based marketing business in the near future.

I consider myself a multi-passionate individual. I have many interests including fishing, camping, social media marketing, fine wine & food pairing, at-home cooking, home-making, health and wellness. And yes, I do try to practice each of these things throughout the week and document them on my just-for-fun Instagram pages!

I am SO excited to learn about web design!

The top three things I would like to learn from this class are:

  1. Proper web page Syntax/Semantics
  2. How to edit artistic elements of a webpage properly (CSS)
  3. Apply these skills to email template builds for e-commerce platforms + better SEO optimization for webpages
