Hello Everyone!
My life has been in Culinary and Hospitality. From my humble beginnings in my Mormor's San Francisco restaurant at 8, to caterer, Chef, Hotel & Restaurant Consultant,to award winning Executive Pastry Chef and Chef Instructor; my career has taken me across the country through the years. I have worked alongside the best...becoming one of the best... learning as I taught. It all ended with several physical issues, but my mind still yearns to share what I know. To teach the many tricks of the trade. In an age of microscopic focus of nutrition in diet; I would like to develop an Affiliate-based website that covers all aspects of culinary, focusing on nutrition, while simplifying the science of it.
I am passionate about GOOD food...
And, as much as my body will allow it... entertaining (including decorating for it!). I have a dozen different issues/diseases- some of which can be controlled better with diet. I know food! I also know how to make naughty food, healthier. This is a comparison that I plan to stress on my site... Naughty vs. Nice!I'm ready to get started!
